My work is integrative, non-judgmental, and empathic. Through observation, data-gathering, and questioning, I will work with you to understand your values and needs and to help you reach your personal goals and aspirations.
I offer a consultation or diagnostic evaluation that includes understanding and assessing your present state of mind and how it affects your behavior and functioning. You’ll provide a statement of the problem you are struggling with and I will help you create a comprehensive treatment plan to correct or eliminate the problem.
I apply scientifically-validated procedures such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy to help you develop healthier and more effective habits and behaviors.
Psychotherapy is a collaborative process based on the relationship between the individual and the therapist. I create a supportive, open, and nonjudgemental environment, which allows you to talk openly and share in a way that’s designed to help you feel safe. Together, we will work to identify and change the thoughts, feelings, and behavior patterns that are keeping you from being and feeling your best.
With life coaching, we focus on the present and what you want to achieve moving forward. Life coaching is useful if you are looking to make, meet, and exceed your goals.
Life Coaching works for both personal and professional needs and for a broad range of abilities. With Life Coaching, we will address personal projects, business challenges and successes, and life transitions by examining what’s happening right now. We’ll discover the obstacles or challenges that get in the way of you achieving success and life satisfaction.
When we work together using Life Coaching, I will assist you in creating a plan for change that includes detailed action steps, and I’ll hold you accountable for following through so you can reach your goals and dreams.
